Con un titulo así, para una canción, es imposible no prestarle algo de atención a esta banda, Gatsby’s American Dream, es un torrente de cultura pop (y no tan pop). Canciones con títulos basados en libros como la trilogía de los trípodes (the White Mountains, my Name is Ozymandias), que incluso da la portada al disco, o basado en Shows de Tv como Lost (You all Everybody, Station 5: the Pearl), o incluso juegos de PS (Fable, Shadow of Colossus), dejan poco a la imaginación de quien lo escucha.

Con un sonido ecléctico e inclasificable, pareciera que muestran algo inverso a muchas bandas, donde dejan el cliché para los títulos de sus canciones, pero al escuchar las letras y la música, te encuentras con algo muy diferente a lo comercial, hace pensar cuantas bandas se hacen conocidas solo por un buen logo y un nombre esnob como The Music o The Sounds (touché, rod), casi atribuyéndose el poder para ellos.
