Que buena película. The Nightmare Before Christmas es de los pocos musicales que me puedo mamar sin quedarme dormido. La historia es genial, los personajes son culísimos y el soundtrack es espectacular. Realmente hay que darle props a Henry Selick por su trabajo increíble con el stop-motion. A todo esto se viene una nueva película de Selick que pinta muy muy bien, Coraline. Está basada en un libro de Neil Gaiman.

Que buen soundtrack. ¿Qué más se podia esperar del maestro Danny Elfman? La música es genial y ambienta la película de maravillas. De hecho, puedes escuchar el soundtrack y te cuenta la película entera.

Que buen álbum. El Nightmare Revisited es absoluta-fucking-mente bueno. Con grupos como Marilyn Manson, The All-American Rejects, KoRn, Rise Against y otro haciendo las canciones de la película, no podía no ser chacaloso. Lo bueno es ver como cada grupo o cantante hizo suya la canción, le puso su sello personal.

Que buena canción. Lléndonos en la específica, esta es la canción que más me gustó del álbum. No solo por que el sello de KoRn está muy claro, sino que además, si pusieras esta versión en la película funciona a la perfección, con sus bajos y su atmósfera densa y obscura. Además me recuerda a la época en que me gustaba KoRn, cuando tocaban canciones como Blind, Clown, Twist, A.D.I.D.A.S., etc.

Como un regalito extra, les dejo el video de What’s This? por Fall Out Boy y sincronizado con la escena de la película.
